🚶♂️ Exercise (Moving Our Bodies)
- The food we eat gives us energy.
- We use this energy to grow, stay healthy, and move.
- When we move our bodies with effort (like running or playing), this is called exercise.
💡 Examples of exercise:
- Playing football ⚽
- Running 🏃♂️
- Jumping
✅ Exercise helps:
- Make our heart strong ❤️
- Make our muscles strong 💪
- Use extra energy so we stay healthy and fit
😴 Rest and Sleep
- When we feel tired, our body needs rest and sleep.
- Sleep helps our body relax and heal.
✅ When we sleep well:
- We have more energy ⚡
- We can focus better
- We can think clearly
❌ If we don’t sleep enough:
- We feel tired and grumpy. 😠
- We may find work hard to do
🛋️ Rest During the Day
- We also need short rest times during the day
- For example: sitting, reading, or relaxing quietly 📖
